What it does
Imbita seating & venue planner
The Seating & Venue Planner turns your confirmed guest list into a floor plan you can see. Place and rotate six table shapes, assign guests to individual seats, add the stage, dance floor and other venue elements, and keep capacity, unassigned guests and available seats visible as the room takes shape.

Guest seating
Know exactly where everyone sits.
The Guests tab brings confirmed attendees into the same workspace as the floor plan. Place someone at a table or a specific chair and see who is assigned, who still needs a place, and how much room remains.
- Table and individual seat assignment
- Assigned and unassigned guest views
- Capacity and available seats
- Confirmed RSVP guests stay connected
Venue elements
Plan beyond the tables.
Add the spaces guests, suppliers and coordinators need to see. The same canvas holds the celebration areas and the venue structure, so the seating plan becomes a usable picture of the room.

Export & coordinate
Take the plan beyond the dashboard.
Changes save automatically while you arrange. When the room is ready, use the built-in export control to bring the seating arrangement into event coordination.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
- 01
Build the room
Add round, rectangular, square, oval, long banquet or cocktail tables to the visual canvas.
- 02
Seat your guests
Use the Guests tab to place confirmed guests at a table or an individual seat.
- 03
Add venue elements
Map the stage, dance floor, entrance, buffet and the other spaces your event needs.
- 04
Review and export
Check live totals, let changes save automatically, then export the finished plan for coordination.
Why it helps
What changes for you.
- The room can mirror the actual venue instead of a spreadsheet.
- Every guest can have a specific seat, not only a table.
- Capacity and open seats remain visible while you arrange.
- Changes save automatically as tables and venue elements move.
A real example
Ten tables, one complete venue plan
Family, sponsors, friends and work are placed around the room, with the stage, dance floor and entrance visible too.
Table 2 seats the Aguilar and Santos families together.
Sponsors and elders are positioned close to the stage.
All 86 guests are seated with 14 places still available.
Before & with Imbita
The difference on the day.
Without Imbita

- Tables, seats and open capacity visible together
- Venue elements and seating arranged in one canvas
Connected
It doesn't work alone.
Every part of Imbita reads from the same event, so a reply that arrives tonight changes your seating plan and your door list too.
