Common questions

Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Imbita plans are purchased per event — one event, one payment. There is no monthly subscription for personal celebrations.
Can I start for free?
Yes. You can create an event, customise a basic invitation and manage a small guest list without paying.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from Free to Essential, Premium or Signature — or from Essential up to Premium or Signature — on the same event. You never need to create a new event to upgrade.
What is the launch offer?
When the launch promotion is running, Essential is available at a reduced launch price for a limited time. When it ends, Essential returns to its regular price.
What makes Signature different?
Signature is the complete Imbita experience: every template, maximum customisation, unlimited guests, advanced analytics, priority support and no Imbita branding.
Do my guests need to pay or make an account?
No. Guests can open your invitation and RSVP for free, without creating an account.
What payment methods will you accept?
Imbita is designed for convenient Philippine payment options including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and debit or credit cards.
Can I use Imbita for something other than a wedding?
Absolutely. Birthdays, debuts, anniversaries, reunions, showers, baptisms, graduations and more.
