What it does

Imbita invite

The builder is a live editor for your invitation. A tabbed panel holds your wording, colours and typography, your photos, and the sections you want to show — and the preview beside it is the real invitation, not an approximation. Nothing needs saving: every change is stored as you go.

Inside the product

This is the actual screen.

Not a mockup of something we're planning — this is how the workspace looks today.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Choose a template

Browse the collection by celebration type and swap templates at any time without losing your wording.

  2. 02

    Write your details

Names, date, time, venue and your own message. Labels are editable, so a Nikah reads as a Nikah.

  3. 03

    Set the look

Adjust colours and typography, then upload the photos you want on the invitation.

  4. 04

    Share the link

Publish when it feels right and send one link through Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Why it helps

What changes for you.

  • No design software and no printing deadline.
  • Fix a typo after you've sent it — everyone sees the correction.
  • Your photos, colours and wording stay together in one place.
  • The preview is exactly what guests will open.

A real example

Adrian & Sofia, December 2026

A garden wedding in Tagaytay with 107 people invited across Manila and abroad.

  • One template, restyled with their own photo and colours.

  • Ceremony and reception times written in plain language.

  • Sections switched on for the story, schedule, venue and dress code.

Before & with Imbita

The difference on the day.

Without Imbita

  • Waiting on a designer for every small wording change
  • Reprinting because the reception time moved
  • Sending different versions to different group chats

With Imbita

  • Edit the invitation yourself in seconds
  • One link that always shows the current details
  • Everything guests need in the same place as your RSVP

Connected

It doesn't work alone.

Every part of Imbita reads from the same event, so a reply that arrives tonight changes your seating plan and your door list too.

Event pages

The invitation opens into a full event page with your schedule, venue, dress code and FAQ.

RSVP

The RSVP button on your invitation is the same form that fills your guest list.
