- How do guests RSVP?
- You share one link. Guests find their name, answer a couple of questions, and they're done — usually in under a minute. No account and no app.
- Can a family RSVP together?
- Yes. Guests can be grouped into families or parties with a party size, and each person can still have their own answer.
- Can I bring in a guest list I already have?
- Yes. Import a spreadsheet, and export your list again at any time — useful when a caterer or venue asks for numbers.
- Can someone help me manage the event?
- You can invite collaborators with different roles, including check-in-only access for the day of the event.
- Do I need to print anything for check-in?
- No. Check-in works from a phone or tablet with a QR scan or a quick name search, and several helpers can work at once.
- Can I change details after I've shared the link?
- Yes. Edit the invitation or event page and everyone who opens the link sees the current details.
- Is my guest list private?
- Always. Public event pages never show your guest list, and an RSVP link can't be used to browse other guests.
- What if I want something designed for me?
- Our custom design service builds a bespoke invitation with you. Tell us about the celebration and we'll take it from there.
