What it does

Imbita guests

Guests is your working list. Each record can be a person or a whole family with a party size, so a household replies together while each person still has their own answer. Import from a spreadsheet, search by name or group, add notes, and export everything when a vendor asks for numbers.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Import or add

Upload a spreadsheet or add guests one at a time. Duplicates are easy to spot before they land.

  2. 02

    Group them

Families, bridal party, work, neighbours — group and tag people the way you actually think about them.

  3. 03

    Watch replies arrive

RSVP answers attach to the right record, including plus-ones and meal choices.

  4. 04

    Export when needed

Send catering a clean headcount without rebuilding the list by hand.

Why it helps

What changes for you.

  • One list instead of three spreadsheets and a notebook.
  • Party sizes make family invitations simple.
  • Notes hold the context you'd otherwise forget.
  • Search finds anyone in a list of hundreds instantly.

A real example

107 invited, 52 records

Paolo & Mara's list, grouped into families and sponsors so nobody gets counted twice.

  • The Santos family sits on one record with a party of four.

  • Sponsors tagged so they can be seated together later.

  • Notes for the two guests who need a wheelchair-accessible table.

Before & with Imbita

The difference on the day.

Without Imbita

  • Three versions of the same spreadsheet
  • Counting a family of four as one guest by accident
  • No idea who was actually invited versus who replied

With Imbita

  • One list everyone helping you can work from
  • Party sizes and plus-ones counted correctly
  • Replies attached to the right household

Connected

It doesn't work alone.

Every part of Imbita reads from the same event, so a reply that arrives tonight changes your seating plan and your door list too.

RSVP

Every reply updates the guest record it belongs to.

Seating

Only confirmed guests appear in the seating planner.

Check-in

Each record gets its own guest pass for the day.
